I always prefer to have the stems sent in .WAV format with the Effects, Compression, and EQ on, and the volume with panning, automation & sidechain as it is in the track now with no mastering, limiter, or normalization. If you are unsure of your settings and you would like to send them with no effects it is no problem. It is generally best if you leave the volume levels where they are.
Please include the original / rough version of the song and you can send a reference song if you would like.
